In the late 1980s, Hedi received the opportunity of a lifetime to work in New Zealand, and brought his expertise from overseas to a humble French café in Wellington.
In 1994, Mediterranean Taste was born. Opening its doors in the South City Mall food court, Hedi and his seasoned team operated the business for over ten delicious years before Hedi relocated to Perth in 2009
For three years Hedi operated Mediterranean Taste within the Subiaco Markets and was known by customers for his charm, friendly banter and tasty authentic food. His bubbly personality, top-notch service and delectable eats have always attracted regular customers, and will continue to do so in Hedi’s new Perth City location!
